This Modern renovation project in Meopham is a combination of timber and steelwork to achieve a ground-floor open plan to this old farmhouse and a brand-new 1st-floor extension with a feature terrace. Carefully working the existing pre-1930 structure, BD combines the use of a few proposed elements that can sit along the existing structure safely.
